Tivoli Condo - AMENITIES

Although the Tivoli Condominium is not as large as the ones that you see in the downtown areas, that does not mean that it does not have the same amenities as the larger residential buildings. You will be surprised at just how many amenities are actually hiding inside the Tivoli Condominium.

First off, the condominium management employs a team of professional security personnel to keep watch over the building and its residents. There will always be at least one guard posted at the main entrance of the building, and several others will be patrolling the premises, and keeping watch over the common areas. As an added counter-measure, there are dozens of security cameras installed in strategic locations all over the condominium and all of them are closely monitored in the security office.

There are also passenger and service elevators in the building. Just because it is a mid-rise building, that does not mean you have to take the stairs all the time (although it is recommended that you do, taking the stairs is good for your health), and they will also help if you need to haul groceries and other heavy stuff up to your floor. There are also plenty of parking spaces for both residents and visitors. You can rest easy about the safety of your car as there will always be a guard posted in the garage area to make sure that all the vehicles are safe and sound.

Aside from the basics, the Tivoli Condominium also provides several recreational amenities that will provide the residents with endless hours of fun and excitement. First, there’s the pool area. You can find an adult-sized swimming pool that is actually large enough that you can use it as a lap pool for when you want to train your cardio. You can also access a smaller and shallower kiddie pool where your young kids can splash around and play.

The Tivoli condominium also has its own completely equipped gym and fitness center. Although the gym is not that large and there’s no full-time trainer, you will find all of the weights and fitness equipment that you will ever need to exercise your entire body. You no longer need to get an expensive commercial gym membership as there is one already in your new home.

If you are looking for a place to hold an intimate family gathering or a party, you need not look any further as there is an events venue right on the roof deck area of the Tivoli Condominium. You do not even have to worry about inclement weather as the party venue is actually covered by a huge canopy; rain or shine, your party is guaranteed to be a blast.

A neat feature of the Tivoli Condominium that you will not see in other residential buildings is a Helper’s dormitory. This means you can hire a full-time housekeeper even if your unit does not have a Maid’s room. Your housekeeper can just stay in the dormitory along with the other housekeepers of the other residents.
